Nhân Viên Nhập Dữ Liệu Kiêm Hỗ Trợ IT

• Support Contracted Merchant in updating information and menus;
• In charge of Hotline channel when assigned (working on shift required);
• Support Contracted Merchants in fixing technical issues relating to POS/ Printer
• Details will be discussed in the interview clearly
• Working time: 6 days/week, on shift from 8AM to 16:30 or 9AM to 17:30, day off: any day during week
• Working place: 2nd Floor, Master Building, 41- 43 Tran Cao Van, Ward 6, Dist 3, HCMC

• Bachelor of any majors or 2-year experience in technical support in a CS center;
• Experience in customer support in terms of technical support is strongly preferred;
• English skill: basic speaking, pre-intermediate reading skill
• Computer skill: Intermediate, familiar with photoshop knowledge is a big advantage (optional)
• Prefer working experience or deep knowledge of e-commerce service
• Behavioral skills: teamwork, time management
• Good at working independently or teamwork
• Carefulness, agility, high sense of responsibility
• Preferred: Male

• Salary: from 7.000.000 vnd depend on ability & experience
